Drove the car without it for the week it took to turn it around lots of lights, etc. I can floor it and go backwards for as long as I want and the fuse will not blow. If there are none, then testing has been completed. It has all got to be related to one thing that I cannot find and I do not want to start replacing parts if someone can point me in the right direction. Yank the relay and see if the fuse blows now.
I have been out of town for a month. The future is very fast and extremely quiet. Have you done any mods to the electrical system? Does anyone have any clue what this code is. Could be just an actual low voltage thing that might re-charge itself. This probably has nothing to do with the check engine light.
I just had the struts, bushings, and mounts all replaced. My car is coming up with a trouble code of P1633. If you get a voltage reading that is less than 10. Car always starts fine, but I know that 12. Good, you've found the issue. I am willing to go at this thing as long as possible.

Also, when I apply the brake, the voltmeter drops completely, no other functions seem to affect it other than applying the brake. Cruise contol wasn't working and odometer was freezing. This is done most easily from below the car in the area near the oil filter. As soon as I put it in drive and barely touched the gas; the fuse blew. I did disconnect everything and the fuse still blew but it only blows when I put it in drive.

Next, disconnect the remaining components one by one that make up the circuit, while observing your test light or meter to see if disconnecting a component clears the short. There is no evidence of any water ever getting in, I know it is not leaking now, it has rained hard since I've had the truck and I checked it out after and no water got in.
